Chiropractors often focus on musculoskeletal conditions that contribute to balance and gait problems.

  • Spinal Misalignments: When the spine is out of alignment, nerve function can be impaired, leading to coordination and balance issues.
  • Postural Imbalances: Poor posture can cause uneven weight distribution, impacting how you walk and maintain balance.
  • Muscle Weakness or Imbalance: Weak or imbalanced muscles, particularly in the hips and legs, can contribute to instability.
  • Joint Dysfunction: Restricted joint movement in areas like the hips, knees, or ankles may affect your gait and overall stability.

Pediatric Chiropractic Care

Some of the issues that can be helped with Pediatric care include colic, reflux, torticollis, constipation, diarrhea, growing pains, bedwetting, ear infections, headaches, asthma, eczema, ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, postural abnormalities, and many other things. Chiropractic does not cure these conditions but it allows the body to function better through aligning the spine and reducing pressure/irritation to the spinal nerves. When irritation is reduced off of a spinal nerve the nerve can then send signals faster and more efficiently. This allows the body to heal itself and restore function.
